Es handelt sich dabei um die ersten Smartphones mit dem ebenfalls gestern vorgestellten [Mediatek Dimensity 9400+](https://www.chinamobilemag.de/news/mediatek-dimensity-9400-plus.html). Dieser Chip basiert auf dem Dimensity 9400 und verfügt über einen höher getakteten Prime-Kern sowie verbesserte KI- und Konnektivitätsfunktionen. Optisch fügen sich die neuen Modelle in das bestehende Find X8 Line-up ein, zeichnen sich jedoch durch ein vollständig flaches Design ohne abgerundete Rahmen oder Front- und Rückseite aus. Die Kamera-Tasten des Find X8 Pro und Ultra sind bei den Find X8s Modellen nicht vorhanden. Unterschiede zwischen dem Oppo Find X8s und dem Find X8s+ liegen hauptsächlich in der Displaygröße. Das X8s verfügt über ein 6,32 Zoll großes Display, während das X8s+ mit einem 6,59 Zoll großen Display ausgestattet ist. Beide Modelle bieten eine Bildwiederholrate von 120 Hz, 1,25 mm dünne Displayränder und eine maximale Helligkeit von 1600 Nits. Mit einer Bauhöhe von 7,7 mm bzw. 7,9 mm sind beide Modelle sehr schlank. Das gewohnt kreisrunde Kameramodul auf der Rückseite wird mit einer 50 Megapixel Hauptlinse mit OIS, einer 50 Megapixel Ultrawide-Linse und einer 50 Megapixel Telekamera mit OIS bestückt. Bei letzterer gibt es zwischen dem Find X8s und dem Find X8s+ einen Unterschied. Das kleinere Modell besitzt eine eine 85 mm f/2.8 Optik, wohingegen das Größere Modell über eine 73 mm f/2.6 Optik verfügt. Beide Smartphones können 4K-HDR-Videos in Dolby Vision HDR mit bis zu 60 fps aufzeichnen. Bei den Akkus liefern die Modelle größenbedingt unterschiedlich große Zellen. Das kleine X8s bekommt einen immerhin 5.700mAh großen Akku spendiert. Das größere X8s+ nutzt den größeren Raum für eine 6.000mAh Zelle. Unabhängig davon können beide Modelle über USB-C mit bis zu 80 Watt Leistung aufgeladen werden. Darüber hinaus wird auch Wireless Charging mit bis zu 50 Watt Leistung unterstützt. Die Speicherausstattung beider Modelle umfasst 12 GB oder 16 GB LPDDR5X RAM sowie bis zu 1 TB UFS 4.0 Festspeicher. Die Oppo Find X8s Serie wird in China ab dem 16. April verfügbar sein und steht dort ab sofort zu Vorbestellung bereit. Zu einem internationalen Start der Modelle ist noch nichts bekannt.
