Xiaomi bietet mittlerweile auf vielen seiner Smartphones Face Unlock. Beim Mi 8 setzt man dafür auf Infrarot Technik und KI, bei den anderen Geräten ausschließlich auf die Frontkamera - teils in Verbindung mit KI. Mit dem Xiaomi Mi Pad 4 wird der Hersteller nun auch erstmals in einem Tablet Face Unlock mit KI Unterstützung bieten. Dies wurde heute in Form eines weiteren Launch Teasers bestätigt, welcher via Weibo veröffentlicht wurde. Xiaomi wird am kommenden Montag sowohl das Mi Pad 4 als auch das Redmi 6 Pro vorstellen. Ob als Überraschung auch das Mi Max 3 vorgestellt wird, ist noch nicht bekannt, aber durchaus denkbar.
